1About These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SpendLeash, a product of TWTC, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our website, early access program, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. Questions can be directed to support@spendleash.com.
2The Service
SpendLeash is a spending control layer for AI agents, designed to enforce hard monthly spending caps, block overruns in real time, and require human approval before a transaction exceeds an authorized limit. SpendLeash is currently in pre-launch / early access development. Features, pricing, and timelines described on our website are subject to change as the product is built.
3Early Access Founder Offer
We currently offer a one-time Early Access reservation through Stripe, described at checkout as:
Reserve your founder spot for $9.99 one-time. Get early access before public launch, founder pricing locked in forever, direct line to founding team, and shape the roadmap. Full refund if we don’t ship.
This is a one-time setup fee, not a subscription. It reserves your place in the founder cohort and entitles you to:
- Priority access before the Services are opened to the general public.
- Founder pricing on paid subscription tiers, locked in for as long as you remain a subscriber in good standing.
- Direct communication with the founding team regarding product feedback and roadmap input.
- Monthly development updates sent to the email address provided at signup.
The Early Access fee does not include any ongoing subscription. Subscription plans (if applicable to your use case) are billed separately once the Services launch publicly.
4The Future Subscription Service
SpendLeash is being built as a recurring subscription service — not a one-time purchase. Think of it like insurance for your AI agents: a monthly fee that puts hard spending caps in place, blocks runaway charges in real time, and requires your approval before an agent spends past its limit.
Full pricing for the subscription Service has not yet been finalized and is not currently published or offered for sale. When the subscription Service launches, we intend to offer a trial period for new subscribers, structured as follows:
- You will be charged a small trial fee (e.g. $1) at signup. This charges your card on file and confirms your decision to subscribe.
- You may download and use the Service during the trial period.
- If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your card on file will be charged the applicable monthly subscription fee.
- You may cancel at any time, including during the trial or after converting to a paid plan, to stop future charges.
Pricing and final terms for the subscription Service are subject to change prior to public launch. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and provided to all Early Access members in advance of any subscription billing.
5Payments & Bank Authorization
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card or bank account details. If you choose to pay using a connected bank account via Stripe Link, the following authorization governs that payment method:
Link bank payments transfer funds from the bank account you have saved to your merchant (i.e. our Business User) via an ACH debit to pay for your purchase from that merchant.
When you order or purchase products or services from your merchant and agree to pay for those products or services with a bank account you connected to your Link account, you authorize your merchant and, if applicable, your merchant’s affiliated entities (collectively, “Merchant”), to debit that specified bank account for the amount specified by the Merchant for those products or services, pursuant to the Merchant’s website and terms, until this authorization is revoked.
If you use the Merchant’s services or purchase additional products periodically pursuant to Merchant’s terms, you authorize this Merchant to debit your bank account periodically, until this authorization is revoked.
For merchants that you pay using your Link account, you may cancel an authorization to debit a bank account you connected to your Link account at any time by deleting that bank account from your Link account at least three (3) days prior to a scheduled debit. You also may cancel this authorization at any time by providing notice to the Merchant that you will no longer be paying using your Link account at least 30 (thirty) days prior to a scheduled debit.
For this purpose, “Merchant” refers to TWTC, LLC / SpendLeash.
6Refund Policy
Per the Early Access offer terms, if SpendLeash has not shipped a usable version of the Services, you are entitled to a full refund of your $9.99 Early Access fee, no questions asked. To request a refund under this guarantee, or for any other refund inquiry, contact support@spendleash.com.
For the future subscription Service: trial fees and subscription charges are billed to the card on file as described in Section 4. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing; cancellation does not retroactively refund charges already processed unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
7Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, infringe on the rights of others, interfere with the operation of the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
8Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during pre-launch and early access. We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will ship on any particular timeline, except as expressly stated in the refund guarantee above.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWTC, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will take reasonable steps to notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
